9:00 am: Dive With Us! Weekend9:00 am: Dive With Us! Weekend – Come join Scuba Unlimited staff at Sugar Grove Quarry for a relaxed day of diving. Complete certification dives, specialty dives or just dive for fun and meet some new dive buddies. 9:00 am: Self-Reliant Diver – Quarry9:00 am: Self-Reliant Diver – Quarry – Although diving with a buddy is the norm, there are reasons for an experienced diver to develop self-reliance and independence while diving. Learning to carry out dives without a partner can make you a stronger diver in most dive situations. |

6:30 pm: Open Water Course6:30 pm: Open Water Course – Learn to Dive! 7 sessions covering both the academics and confined water portions of the PADI Open Water Scuba certification. Course includes rental scuba gear for pool sessions and PADI crewpak, PADI DVD, planning slate and surface signaling device. Required personal gear (mask, fins, snorkel) can be purchased at Scuba Unlimited. Final step in certification process is 4 open water dives at Sugar Grove Quarry or can be completed on a Scuba Unlimited trip. 7:00 pm: Adaptive Support Diver – Classroom and Pool7:00 pm: Adaptive Support Diver – Classroom and Pool – Increase your awareness of divers’ varying abilities, and explore adaptive techniques to apply while diving or freediving with a buddy with a disability. |
